Also put out 4 bags of tea for each stay.

Other than that we did the kitchen floor to ceiling, and we had the hardwoods redone the rest was mostly cosmetic smoothing walls and repainting and updating old hardware. we did a fair amount landscaping and tree trimming that really made the yard look much bigger!

I feel like I've been missing the forest for the trees :S

The property has been managed through a property manager the whole time, so I don't know what the tree looks like now.

She shouldn't have parked underneath the tree if it was dropping walnuts. 

A tree is green energy, meaning it takes as much as it gives.

If you want to go above and beyond, you might check competition in the area to see if they have a full coffee bar set up with tea and syrups.
