It's not like I've got this huge slush fund that will buy airplane tickets and rental cars and hotel rooms for me to stay in while I solve problems or have to foreclose.

Christian Sifuentes , from my understanding, it's apartments rented to airline personnel (pilots, flight attendants) to "crash" between flights/shifts instead of at a hotel, and could be split between multiple people to split the cost.

If I was the tenant...I would require the landlord either offer another comparable property or hotel to stay in, or request a huge discount on the rent.

It's like playing Monopoly...trade in 4 green house for one red hotel!

Hello,How do I value the price of an active and operating hotel building?

It took me sitting in a hotel room for five horrifying up the reps phone line and I told we to walk my package to the underwriter, and would not let her go until she promised me that she sent all the paperwork to the title company.

However; hotels have to pay it, therefore; why should private homes be exempt.
