I have a business associate whos whole company is based on commission on a sliding scale as to what they put into the deals he is in a high priced market like you and generally is listing 750 to 2 mil .. properties.

I wouldn't want to shave in the master sink either, it's about 4 inches deep and water slides out easy from both sides.

But beyond that last week I looked at a property where one of the bidders broke through the glass in the front door to get inside to see the property.

Modern glass slim tower are most preferable as they offer the best view.

Not a basment apartment, garden level with a sliding door.

I am heavily considering instant water heaters to free up space and I am thinking of converting the bath tubs to large showers with frame-less glass walls. 

They didn't go inside for ours, so the majority of what they required from us were things visible from the exterior of the property (unfortunately our garage door is glass, so that's how they saw there was a bed in there).

Aside from a couple broken panes of glass they seem structurally sound.
