You have to make contact with thier maintenance group hopefully before they start the change out and to get thier next change out scheduleI also buy scratch and dent from retailers and I get a 30 day warrantee with it.

I am his credit partner on this one, but i manage it and all its dealings. the property management company was set up through the relationship they have with the REIC .My problem is as far as work orders, maintenance, repairs etc... i am not notified unless the amount is over $250. is this common?

She then moved out with out notification, or our knowledge, and stopped paying Maintenance fees that are around $330 a month.
