Property Management Yes or No

I currently have 2 single family rental units and i want to grow in this. I will only buy a property if it will cash flow a min of $200 per month. My question is should I use  property management? I dont like dealing with finding tenants or responding to minor maintenance issues. But I know if i hire a property manager it will take money out of my pocket. Tell me your thoughts and your experiences.
