Consider what the agent has done for you and how you have responded. 

Does anyone use a text auto responder?

So I responded:"I might be able to help.

I don't yet have the money or network of people to support paying that sort of down payment.Obviously we both responded to different parts of his post!

Look below this Window, and you will see a list of list of names of people who have posted in this thread.Click on the name of the person that you want notified via an email that you responded to them.If you are a Colleague with anyone that has not posted in this thread, and you want them to see your post, hold down the shift key, and type the @ and the first 4 letters of the first or last name.Look below this Window, and click on your Colleague's name.

Another good way to respond is to answer the question with a question:Seller: "If I sell you the house are you going to flip it?"

I have a new tenant move in, I have taken care all the misc. small repair items, and not sure how to respond to a "all windows need to be cleaned" on their request.
