I think they should create many more of these categories, where you can reach a new one after every 50 or 100 posts, would just increase the fun.But ultimately it is not about the # of posts but the quality.

Now in the case of the homeowner, it may not be large sums of money, but quality of life is huge and I do as much as possible to get them back on their feet, into a positive situation as opposed to a negative one.So I guess I don't have a solid answer to your question, because each deal is so different, and what is needed on each deal is very different.

If flipping, take the cheap way out which still will get you identical/slightly better quality and appearance of about 95% of the other refinishers out there anyways.
