I have an investor that when crazy on Newark and bought 5- 3 fam (little scary for me) but he bought buildings that were constructed 2006 so they'r nice n rent out fast even thought he got into 1 pitfall where there where no permits from the previous investors n had a hard time getting the C-0 however if you know the right people in Newark ull be fine.

You have Absolute Liability for your property, you could have claimed ignorance when you didn't know what was going on, but now to allow it you must be responsible for: inspection of the ramp, security of the area, permitted access only, proper safety equipment etc.... if you choose not to be responsible for such things you are still Absolutely Liable.

Installed a $100,000 dock a couple years ago with all the proper permits Zestimate has not changed in 3 years by more than a couple percent Anyway to let Zillow know in hopes they will increase the zestimate Remains the same as a neighboring house with no dock.
