I my beginnings I was an general contractor's "helper", fine tuned the trade and became an HVAC contractor. I soon realize I was better off networking with investors and be a key player in their venture. Eventually I have gained enough trust with a couple of them and ended up managing their deals from potential buy to sold...  Now am in square one of my own venture, looking forward to share my experiences and to keep learning.

@Chris Allen

I've done Roselle but taxes are too high. did Linden when great. I have an investor that when crazy on Newark and bought 5- 3 fam (little scary for me) but he bought buildings that were constructed 2006 so they'r nice n rent out fast even thought he got into 1 pitfall where there where no permits from the previous investors n had a hard time getting the C-0 however if you know the right people in Newark ull be fine. Am currently working in Rahway ill post about it later on.. Have others looking in Hillside. HUDSON, BERGEN and UNION COUNTY its where we are in a soft seller market so flip its good but at this point ull be in auctions most of the times. Down south there is too much inventory so if u tryna pick up ur dream beach house and hold u might find it. This is just my opinion based on what I seen pass 2 years.
