I am looking to gain more knowledge or meet more people in the Wisconsin area that have passion or experience in flipping, private money systems, agents to pass along deals, and just overall knowledge around strategy in building up the real estate business. 

Web Developer in the San Fernando Valley area.I have equal passion for technology and real estate but due to the high priced barrier to entry in real estate, I have only succeeded in the technology part currently working in the toy industry.In real estate, I have a few investments in reits and my own home but my goal is to own cashflowing properties.

Luckily, I have the skills for working with people, I'm well organized, and I have a passion for landlording.

But I have always had an interest and passion in real estate.  

I always tell people I am a passionate problem solver because at the end of the day were solving problems and trying to make a deal happen.

It was very encouraging to meet other people in the community with the same passion and mindset about real estate and am looking forward to our next months meeting.

I am focsing my effoets in Kansas City (Lees Summit) MO.Today I sell Building Material as an independent rep and I enjoy that but my end game is to develop property or land to hold.My passion is Christ and people and want to use my talents to serve through providing opportunities for others in the form of a place to live or run a business.Another goal I have is to take proceeds from successful projects and self finance my Project Green charity.
