Once people start getting fed up with home prices and rents not being worth the entertainment side of MPLS/ST.P people will continue to move elsewhere, I say why not St.Cloud?

There are SO MANY new vacation rentals in the greater J-tree area, I wonder what happens when people from LA rent fewer vacation rentals in that area, as people get back to normal a bit, and start entertaining themselves in cities, and by flying places etc.
