Once people start getting fed up with home prices and rents not being worth the entertainment side of MPLS/ST.P people will continue to move elsewhere, I say why not St.Cloud?

The reason I am entertaining this thought is because this could have the opportunity to provide a small amount of income as a side hustle and perhaps has an opportunity to grow as well.

For most people, it means Travel and Entertainment. 

I listed it for $1,450/mo. and got multiple applications within the 1st week on the market and b/c of the great updates to the kitchen, bathrooms and awesome outdoor yard space I ended up getting $1,500/mo.

The open floor plan invites seamless flow throughout the space, while outside, a stunning pool and a BBQ area await, perfect for endless entertainment and relaxation.What was the outcome?

There are SO MANY new vacation rentals in the greater J-tree area, I wonder what happens when people from LA rent fewer vacation rentals in that area, as people get back to normal a bit, and start entertaining themselves in cities, and by flying places etc. 

We are gutting the entire property and adding an amazing basement and outdoor amenities that will rival some of the best homes on the street. 

I love the Bay Area outdoors too much.
