@Cara Lonsdale  Thanks for the input, yes, I do want the credit history, but I have a hard time objectively determining the credit worthiness of the applicant hearing a list of the credit information over the phone from the property manager. 

Everyone picked their market for a reason and it's incredibly easy to bounce to the next shiny object instead of focusing like a laser on your targets.

Basically the elite want to buy there, it’s the center of high tech (Israel is second only to Silicon Valley wrt quantity of funded high tech start ups) there is limited growth (except for vertical, like soma in SF.)
