Thanks joshua dorkin, jason fraser, joe fairless, brandon turner, mehran kamari and mark ferguson. i have been reviewing numerous blogs, reading articles and listen to the podcast when i go running from this great site. i believe Bp will be the catalyst to finally change my life to being financially better.

Not really a valid approach unless you're doing it with a very very significant other or a friend you trust your life with.With regards to the second idea, I believe you'd have to refinance out of the FHA loan in order to do this, which more than likely would require money out of pocket to get the new financing to a 80% LTV unless you've added significant value to the property.

I so look forward to connecting with others in the real estate community to learn and share.By getting into real estate investments, I know that I will not only make a better and more fulfilling life for myself and my family, but I will also be a role model and possibly have a positive impact on the neighborhoods that I grew up in (war zones-we'll see).Right now I am so excited, maybe too excited, to jump right in.
