Dive in and get activities going and activities will continue from there.  

I have learned over the years that, the only strategy that makes good money AND keeps me sleeping at night in this market is to Dollar cost average ETFs, following the Dogs of the Dow approach.

We’ve also had net negative nightly business with more cancellations than bookings.

But if there were extenuating circumstances, like they had eaten asparagus the night before or something like that, I'd consider it.  

This just gives them some breathing room and they don't just wait out the eviction or take off in the middle of the night to move back in with parents.
