I was wondering if anyone has any success switching buyers on there short sales.I'm the buyer on the short sale, but we ran into seasoning issues, so we decided to just switch my buyer to be the main buyer of the property and I would get paid outside of closing.

My father is going to occupy the maids quarters which is really a 1 bedroom standalone house in the backyard. the main house is not a duplex, but a 3 level house that has a 2 bedroom on 1st floor, 3 bedroom on 2nd, and 3 bedroom on 3d.It is 3 separate apartments and for whatever reason the previous owner had 3 separate electrical meters put in.
