A little background - I'm a nurse and have been hoping to find a market that pays decent when compared to the cost of living and also has high prospects for growth.

I currently live in/own a property that would fairly easily split into two units (upstairs and downstairs), and is located in an historic area close to hospitals, restaurants and amenities. 

I actually sold a great 3 story building that I could not get adequate fire escapes built on because I did not want the liability of tenants living on the 3rd floor with only one means of egress.

Conversely, you will run into people on your list that just seem to be a waste of time, so you’ll want to avoid them.

This has been a topic of conversation recently.

Those will be opitons only if you live in the property, so you could house hack if that is a vialble option for you. 

Sellers did share numbers but they just lived there so doesn’t do much with collecting rent numbers. and agent is asking for numbers from OTHER UNITS because the one I have an offer on was personally occupied.do you have some to share? 

I heard a conversation taking place where it was said that a developer that was managing their own project had to have a GC license.

Does anyone have a good spreadsheet for condominium conversions?

Honestly if you just treat it like would I be ok living here if I had absolutely no other choice, you will be fine.I love my section 8 tenants.
