If you can get past the obstacles and the deal makes sense and aligns with your goals, that's all you need.

Our biggest obstacles have been living in an expensive market (Boston, MA), and overall not taking this seriously until now.What we'd like to figure out, is if we should go after a two-family home or more, since the income from the property would be our main source of income, and how to make an offer on a home with little to no money.We've started to attend some webinars, and read some blog posts.
