Hello,I am working on a project for which I wanted to get some information about the Loan Origination process.

Is there a good book or post/podcast to help me figure out the best strategy for my goals?

For example, there are quality oceanfront homes for sale (as of this post) starting in the $650k price range. 3/2 slightly dated, but walk down your private stairs to the sand.

It is very informal gathering with a mix of seasoned and new investors.

As far as OOS investing, please read the many posts from people in HCOL areas, especially California, who are losing money on OOS properties (myself included). 

From your post it sounds like you reused all of the current furniture.
