More importantly though the boiler plate contract language in GA may not say what you think or expect it to say or it may by reference incorporate the incomplete disclosure.

That means that we have the same name, logos, verbiage etc. on our DM, on the website, in our ads, at the Chamber of Commerce, in our BNI groups, you name it.

You just have to incorporate those figures when you are running your numbers and see what it looks like.

@Ken Weiner I was in corporate litigation before transitioning into asset protection, and did my fair share of suing people.

COs are normally authorized before being validly incorporated into the contract, unauthorized COs are normally at contractor's risk.
