You might be able to double close, but the bank my try to control the title company.If its listed on the MLS for $66k and its really worth $140K, ask your self why someone else hasn't already bought it.Jon

Instead of giving you the money, and then you sending it to the title company, you would have the title company do a deed of trust or mortgage.

WHat you do is write two different contracts, one between you and the seller for x amount, and one between you and the end buyer for higher amount.Just make sure you have a title company that is willing to work with you on double closing.I highly recommend just assigning the property.
