@John Pruner Sorry that this happened, but thanks for sharing; Most human are so trustworthy & had been taking advantage by few bad apples.You mentioned that you need serious rehab to put this property back to rent ready condition.

AS for saving folks homes that is admirable of course I have donated for free more homes to Habit for Humans that most people will ever own...

Vehicles of all sorts from little cars to delivery trucks make it up every day, but some common sense and human ability has to be understood. 

But, here's my statement of thesis for today:We might be in a bubble is - we are taking investment advice from Jesus ... hahahaJust make good investment decisions, leading you to making lots of money, so you can be charitable, help people, improve your communities, and be a good human in general.

Of course buyers always want deals as it is human nature.The realistic part comes in when you see it will be hard to find the property but not impossible.

Maybe your local Humane Society can help place them with foster families for a while.

Grateful to see other landlords working with tenants, keeping turnover low, and generally seeing them as human beings with limitations like all of us instead of the guy who was whining about having to do something for the single mom and her infant child when the house had a gas leak and it was below freezing.
