That's crazy, your PMC must be a Class A company employing engineers to paint and doctors to clean!!!!

The interior of the home was in pretty rough shape but the exterior looked great with strong bones it just needed some cleaning up.

I am not perfect, but I clean up after myself, do not invite guests over, and pay my bills in a timely manner. 

With a tenant like this I assure you eviction will not be clean, easy or simple, so be ready.

Be sure its a clean LLC, have extensive Seller reps and warranties for any contingent liabilities that may be lurking.
