If i rent basement for a few at about 700 it will still cash flow upwards of 1k which is a goal of mine

All of mine have been due to military restrictions, their cancellations from what I understand were based on fear.

Once you find someone who can take care of this little stuff for a reasonable price, you have to treat them like gold.

I use mine for international agricultural real estate investing that pays annual distributions back into the account.  

Mine is locked in for 10 years but is not interest only. 

There is no logic happening right now, hence why equities are down, bonds are down, gold is down. 

Some of mine only cover 25% of the rent.
