However I did find an article he wrote about tax liens and deeds that was very clear and not full of excess hype and no risk guaranteed profits you see especially in the tax lien field.As courses go $197 in not very expensive.

I've got buckled and damaged hardwoods from the moisture in the basement, 8 of the windows are as old as Methuselah,  and worst yet, the 2 car garage has what appears to be the beginnings of a sinkhole on one side.
