I tried your technique in finding mobile homes on land using the local CAD (bcad.org), but doesn't have a search function for mobile homes, unless 'm missing it.

From my point of view, once you have 10 more more properties it's insane to continue with a "one LLC per property" plan.There are also other techniques like equity stripping the properties through loans and liens before you transfer them into the LLC(s).

I live in Atlanta and I have job that I have during the week which makes it quite difficult to use the technique of going to Home Depot or other locations in the morning to find leads.
