Of course, I have seen houses that don't come with pre-inspection as well, but I've seen a lot more with it already a part of the disclosures. 

Yesterday, I signed an E-Mail docusign to extend COE on 9/23 after Loan Officer and RE Agent indicated the issue had been resolved and we would have Closing Disclosure by Monday to close by Thur/Fri.  

Whatever you do with them, full disclosure they aren't licensed or insured.

All necessary disclosures in that regard have been made both verbally and within the contract

if you like to make extra income (as an agent) plus an  3% extra buying and selling your deals and advanced knowledge of listings hitting the markets then it is for you Disclosure is not a problem it is just letting them know you are an agent with an interest in the bid 

Disclosure seems to be the biggest turn off for those who object to getting licensed. 

Check the PMI disclosure form in your closing docs, because it depends on how much your down payment was for the FHA loan.

There are a few of us on here (full disclosure - I am a broker that does DSCR loans)...most of us have somewhat of the same access. 

@Alaura Mannor Rentometer doesn't work well in non-disclosure states to include here in Texas.
