Looking for Recommendations on Contractors - Brooklyn NY

Hello BP,

I am looking for recommendations on Contractors - solid and dependable contractors that do great work. I work long hours in the city (NYC) and am not always available to inspect / oversee repairs and renovations that need to be made as the property is in BedStuy - Brooklyn. I need people I can rely on to quickly attend to issues; and trust that they'll do a great job without trying to inflate the job or price. Any recommendations for the following (and others I may not have mentioned) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Daniel C. I have most of what your looking for. And we might be able to work something out.

I'm not looking to get involved with the work but I can certainly show you what they have done for me. I don't want any liability, finders fee.

I have a group of guys that I have employed for about a year and a half. I've kept them working by using them on my stuff and referring them to others for short periods of time on specific jobs.

I'm starting to get busier now and will be buying and rehabbing a lot soon. There will probably be a time in the next 60-90 days were I won't be able to use them myself. Right now I have 30-45 days for most of them. Some in Brooklyn and some closer to me. They do kitchens, baths plumbing electric, wood flooring. Let me know what you need I can have the foreman come by.

Whatever you do with them, full disclosure they aren't licensed or insured.

They are however really awesome at saving you money and giving you an amazing product. All the work I've done for the last year and half is with them. I can post some photos so you can see the work.
