Got some minor fixes done, bit of electrical work, plumbing and deep cleaning.

I've started diving deep into studying Real Estate using BP and other associated products for the past 3 months.

After reading Bjorn's response I have been deep into estoppel certs.I am dealing with the worst landlord and PM in America. 

You might look at it and see that it’s less than a foot deep for quite some distance from the shore?

I feel deep down that I won’t be in physical therapy for much longer that’s how strong my inner feelings are to stop working there.

That’s about it but I have a deep interest in stock investing and trading in a buy and hold dividend portfolio. 

Part of that deal is that the university will provide me with housing, so i likely would not be living in whatever home i purchase.However i have now been thinking about if I'm leaving too much on the table and if i should just throw myself in the deep end with a traditional brrrr or perhaps a house flip.
