Ive been looking in mobile homes in good desirable areas but not too sure how well mobile homes sells in general.

I have a very beautiful mobile for 55 plus in the Scottsdale Arizona area.

The money and the credit don't necessarily need to come from you but you need to have the time to dedicate to getting started and the primary thing you need to focus on in the beginning is obtaining all of the Knowledge you can.Pick your REI niche, retail flips, turn key rentals, etc., and then get as much knowledge on that strategy as possible, by whatever means necessary and possible. 

Devotion, and dedication to your project giving your project priority. .

My focus has been on cash flowing real estate and have purchased an indoor storage facility, a horse farm, a two tenant retail building, a mobile home park and other commercial and residential properties. 

My dad manages mobile homes that are over 2 hours away each way and travels to the properties once every several years.
