On inspection, I saw there was a lot of food dribbles and spills from the fridges and the outer door was left open.

I am looking to house hack or live in flip in the next 2-5 years.My long term goal in life is to build a permaculture food forest and community of friends and family to live in harmony and cooperation with our environment and each other. 

If you are considering doing daily rental, you have to again look for another type of building which will allow you to do that.

For the EY guidebook, it appears that C is when you provide meals and daily housekeeping, and that E is for if you do not provide all of these. 

So much has change and continues to change what seems like daily that your content from 2, 3 or even 4 years ago is far from accurate and no where near relevant. 2.

Run new ads daily on Craigslist and elsewhere, not just advertising the new price, but drawing attention to the daily price drop.

Some negatives, but not always dis-qualifiers, might be starting a brand new job, working in a transient industry (fast food), working in a seasonal industry (landscaping) or working in an industry that may be suffering in your area (brick layer).

I imagine the bike is still a faster method of getting downtown on a daily basis.
