He has offered to manage my rehab if I want to embark on flipping my own property...I work full time so it would be a struggle....I himmed and hawed and one morning before work I was complaining about my current job and I was crying about not knowing what direction to go in and my boyfriend said to me why don't you focus all of your energy on real estate....that is the only thing I see you get excited about.
