Hi all, newbies investing in real estate looking to get into a large apartment complex, but for now looking to buy single or small until complex. 

Tax sale can be lucrative but it is complex.

I just got a $4M complex under contract 2 weeks ago that is 52 units near downtown/medical center.

lol, i think so too.. i called up Airbnb support to clarify and they also said that they don't do any such things.. however the searches sometimes do have a complex algorithm running behind ...however just merely clicking the listing link  and not ending up booking couldn't possibly set me up for failure...

@Rich Weese Would you recomend investing in 100+ unit apartment complexes?

:) Sorry if that is off topic a bit, but my point is that you just don't get that with a 50+ unit apartment complex...

Trying to do some research on what the expected number for an apartment complex would run.  

I tried to learn it but found it too complex.  

I'm in the MFR space owning multiple apartments and have built a financial model that I use daily to analyze mainly multi million dollar apartment complexes, but I help investors like yourself analyze smaller deals as well.

I have been seeing a few areas that have (or will have) large "luxury" apartment complexes going up.
