It is more or less of a priority to fix depending where it is, the age of the property and presence of children. 

I've also heard of state 'checkers' contacting you/ calling to ask if you accept children and service animals as well. 

We're talking the children of the long-term and awesome neighbors, people who would look out for each other - I love that stuff.Well, I ended up taking $750 for both units.
