If your starting to stress on earnings you just need to remember the lag time from finding a lead to closing to get cash (If your paid per deal).See if your investors will pay for your time per hour at a low rate with a bonus structure for deals.

I did however notice the shift to a far more tenant focused (I don't like the term, tenant friendly) state and county and took measures to limit my exposure to bad situations and scenarios that ran counter to my overall strategy.

With commercial/local banks the policies change with the times so it's good to maintain a good relationship with all of them because the types of loans/risk the banks will take on varies fairly often based on how diverse their own loan portfolio is, their exposure to you, and the market conditions nationally and locally.
