Dear members,I am new to the business of real estate and this is my first ever post in Bigger Pockets.Need help in finding a recommended real estate appraisal company in Houston.

Recently I attended a seminar in Brentwood, hosted by David Greene, one of the Bigger Pockets Podcast host. 

@Adam Lopate & @Tahir Masroor when asking about lending recommendations it might help to post it in the state forum you are considering here on Bigger Pockets. 

One other note, regarding the title of the post....we do have an umbrella policy in place as a layer of protection for the flips and other BRRR we did.

you cannot legal market a property you don't own in Oregon.but like I said you being from the other side of the boarder your probably not going to get any grief.but what you do run the risk of is anyone can just go around you since what your doing is not legal.. all the bigger wholesalers who work Oregon all pay cash then resell.. and most wholesale deals are bought at foreclosure auctions. 

You should definitely look into networking, check out the bigger pockets events and happenings page to find some local places. 

The first option is an umbrella account with individual accounts for each tenant.

The bigger challenge (in my opinion) is how you present the deals to those cash-buyers.

GaReia and Bigger Pockets are great places to network.

It's your only rental right now and I know that as you scale and get bigger it may not be feasible to cut/maintain all your lawns.
