It's on the lower side if there's no dirty sewer work or dead animals or real gross tasks involved. 

Add coat hooks by the door.

., hiding behind the fresh coat of paint...or water damage, or faulty & dangerous electrical work, or disastrous plumbing, etc...there is no way they are going to know any of this with out the benefit of a professional inspection, and agents (BOTH buyers & sellers agents) actively encouraging this type of behavior, seems unethical. 

But a new vinyl window in a buck, double hung, tilt-out double panes filled with argon and E-coated, comes in at $189 for the largest window I have to replace.
