Hello All,Does anyone have a couple of good brokers or direct lending contacts that specialize in commercial loans (multi unit 5 or more) on the North side of Chicago? 

Keep in mind that each lender may have specific requirements based on your credit, income, and other factors, so you’ll want to check with them directly.I don’t do conventionals but I’d recommend reaching out to Brandon Croucier with All Loans Funding on here for those he’s really great.

POST the ALL IN numbers, it takes UNDER 3 minutes to evaluate, ALL IN, then simply run comps, 

It needed love and attention because of all the deferred maintenance.

All of the above as well as BP insights.

With all of this, it is still a good time to buy.

What would you all do in this case?
