We have already started proactively talking to the tenants about some of their options and the ones that have reached out I have been trying to connect them with some jobs that may still be available (work from home data entry, virtual type jobs in health care, delivery drivers, etc.)It's going to be a rough few months I'll say that. 

Tenants have access to multiple free sources of legal aid, while you have to pay out of pocket for a lawyer.

We've built a large part of our business around renting to health-care workers.

I am and healthcare professional and an optimist but also a strong believer in data.

I like Grant's energy but don't agree with everything he says - he comes off as a braggart and I just dont like people like that - would never hang out with them.Anyways I do partially agree with his stance on college - I went - and spent my money - my wife got her BSN -- but in a lot of cases it is worthless - especially now - In the age of the internet, social media and if you have an ability to teach yourself and network you do not need to spend XXXXX on College -- **** I'll place an asterisk here as it is necessary for some professions but not all - and certainly the educational system has not reacted or attempted to change in the internet age - The present education system is antiquated and just wants to suck every last dollar from folks - It's broken like our healthcare system.  

Don’t drink the cool-aid.

In CA, you have to allow them to pool their resources to meet your income requirements, but you have the right, in my opinion, to require proof of all of their credit scores and legal income.Worst case scenario, they get a legal aid person to confront you. 

Hyperinflation is coming quick.Millennials have already felt it with education, healthcare & housing!

(no background checks as I don't do unless I want to accept them) These individuals are getting unemployment and likely the additional $1000/mo ck from government aide program.  

I am tired.One of the reasons I'm looking at Fresno to invest my inheritance, which I'll get next year at this point in probate hell - is that there is good healthcare there, including Kaiser.
