Depending on what kind of sealant you already have in place makes a difference, but last time I looked Walmart ( or any big box store) had  both black jack ( I LOVE THAT STUFF EVEN IF IT IS A COMPLETE MESS) or the white elastic stuff in 5 gallon buckets for like 75.00 to 100.00.

Non-consumables being tools that hopefully you buy once and store til your next go around.

Jets and ships have huge holding/maintenance costs, but ships are stored in water. 

I have a tenant in a SFH that is responsible for lawn mowing, but there's zero outdoor storage.
I don't want to build an entire shed. Any advice/links to cost effective products that would shelter a lawn mower?

If an investor could somehow move his own rehab team into the area he could be like a kid in a candy store, for deals.
