For a cool million, you could invest in so many different businesses such as own multiple subways, start a daycare, own storage centers, own a car wash, own multiple great clips, etc. and your cash flow would be much larger.  

I then purchased multiple ROKU devices (it's an internet enabled streaming device) and enabled the various networks that are active on my Dish network account.  

Built in 2009, apartment units feature kitchens with cherry and maple cabinetry, black GE appliances, a Roman oval soaking tub, oversized walk-in closets and a covered patio or terrace with storage room.

There are other tenants and people who pay for storage and it pulls in about 8K in rent/storage monthly.  

When I was up in Guernville, Ca, there were tons of raccoons and all of the garbage cans has some kind of raccoon proof devices.

We try to understand the good tenant's situation and say something like "the owner will give you $250 for a moving truck or a storage unit, but only if you have everything moved out by XYZ date, the house is clean/undamaged and we process your checkout forms w/out any problems." 

I have been a number one medical device sales rep for over 10 years with multiple President's Club wins and would like to duplicate that success in real estate investing.

I recently completed and sold out a 107 unit storage condominium project in Beaumont California  My market is unusual as I am one of the early forerunners ofowned storage condominiums.
