Anyway, they had me keep in contact, and about once a week I'd call the executor to see how he was and he'd give me updates as to what his nieces and nephews (out of town) were considering and how best to dispose of his sister's estate.This went on for 2 or 3 months.

I'm confused on some aspects of seller financing.My sister wants to sell me her house for what she owes in it, which is 80k.

I realize it won't be easy (and I have some first-hand knowledge of the struggles, being the de facto property manager of a 4-flat my parents have owned for my whole life, as well as helping my sister with her 2-flat), but when I'm motivated to do something, I do it.
