For now I have just been bird-dogging for him, and following him around while he rehabs his deals, what a great way to make a living.Anyway, I can not really show him deals out of the area (he likes to keep things in his back yard), but many of the out of the area deals have potential, and that is why I am here.I think I will be able to grow in this forum, it has great information and the networking potential is obvious to me.I look forward to posting some of the deals I find, and hopefully partnering or getting a finders fee to start out, then eventually get in to investing my own money (After I make some bird-dogging).Thanks
