Of course you don’t want to count on appreciation but it’s probably safe to say that in another 10-20 years the values will be up from today.

@Richard Morency I am sure if you look hard enough online you can find some scripts for all different scenarios.

At the moment I am very overwhelmed with all of the information that is available on this site and that is available everywhere online.

Probably not....Do they have any REAL proof that the kids vague illness has anything to do with the living conditions..... noHave you done everything humanly possible to correct the issues and prove that the house is safe to live in?......

I have access to all the documentation online and Wayne has been very forthcoming with answers to all my questions.
