I've seen it both ways now and this company has really good reviews so maybe I'm just over thinking the details here but I want to get an idea of what is standard practice.

Hi BP, I'm currently relocating for work, and my options are to purchase a SFH from the company I work for (home builder, no discount) or to purchase a duplex and house hack.Either property I purchase will be turned into a full time rental after the 12 months have elapsed.SFH - $444,900 - 4BR/2.5 Bath 2175 sq ft - Current market would rent it from 2300-2600.

@Nikki Closser similar story: we recently closed on our first investment property three days before closing on our new primary residence lol :-) We also relocated, sold our house in Los Angeles - which we had rented out with Airbnb and had built an Accessory Dwelling Unit in the backyard, and moved to Columbus Ohio.

Need help to know if this is common practice of collection by General partners (as they are not bringing dollar to the table, but bringing their expertise; taking liability on the remaining of the loan and also finding a deal) ((( but collection through out holding the property by the personally owned management company and at the and sale price collected as realtor fees are steep !!!)

Destin is a tourist hotspot with heavy traffic but Fort Walton is closer to Eglin and Hurlburt while still being close to the fun and Crestview is a very practical place to live.
