My agent who is getting a section 8 tenant for me is not willing to release any information about that prospective tenant besides her name.am i entitled to know her age, income, family composition, copies of her criminal record  and a credit score?

It won't release the information to me until the potential tenant clicks in the email that service sends them.And thus lies the issue.
