I have been listening to a lot of real estate podcasts and youtube videos.

However, if I take out a construction loan later down the road, say 5 years, I probably am not going to have more than $10,000 to put on that loan so I’m not sure if this is the best route.

I'm not sure whether it would or wouldn't benefit me.It seems like some of the podcasts that I have listened to has members that had property and were property managers.I did some more looking and it is possible that I would need a realtor's license or even a broker's licence if I wanted to add other properties that weren't my own.If that's the case, I may not do property management for a few more years.

Sometimes just having more options can help boost confidence to make that first move.
