I have two that I alternate between because they both have useful products for our business and I like the players on their team.

Small time player here.

I like hearing from some of the satisfied small players as those are the ones after my own heart.

@Brandon Wulff I actually own two properties in Scottsdale which we rent to MLB players for spring training and I'd echo Amber's comment above. 

Seems like eXp Realty is going to become a major player in the space on par with KW and the like.

If you talk to large experienced long term players in Arizona multifamily like Ken McElroy, he will tell you that it makes no sense to buy C class when you can build for the same or less all in.

I don’t think that the market and the way the larger players are investing tells that story.

I got it Linda owned the Pacific union shop in Napa and started the one in SF she was a principal.. will have to check in with her.. and Panel was a major player I think they either bought contempo or fox and clarksgaden back in the day..

Otherwise, I recommend hoarding cash and wait for the largest financial player to reinstate pre-covid rules and level off the market.
