I do know that the new PGA headquarters is being built there so that will bring lots of high-profile golf courses with it. 

Filled two units in March, it was a bit of a trip doing property tours during a pandemic and we definitely utilized video and Facetime to get it done but at the end of the day they rented, one with a single applicant and one with multiple applicants.
