If the accountant has to do the books; he will charge his hourly rate to complete the task.You will save money if you do it yourself.With that said, you may want to consider outsourcing the accounting services if you are unfamiliar with the software or want to focus on tasks that generate you more income(analyzing deals, networking, etc).
