Hello Community,

I want to know what kind of property management software people have success with in terms of passive income properties. I am buying my first one and want to find something that will have features to keep track of repairs, documents, tenants, etc.

I welcome all recommendations.

Thanks

Ray

I like cozy.co for management software.  Free to use and has most of what you need as a small landlord 0-50 units.  You can create listings, applications, screen tenants, collect rent, and track maintenance requests.
